Every new year, we naturally reflect on the year past and the possibilities and changes that lie ahead. In this newsletter, we encourage you to reflect on your achievements, no matter how small they may seem. Think about the hurdles you've overcome, the positive changes you've made, and the person you've become. These reflections are the stepping stones that have brought you to this point. We’ve all made mistakes in the last  year. Some big, some small, but reflecting on those won’t do as much as celebrating our successes. It's also a time for setting meaningful goals and resolutions. What aspirations do you hold? What changes would you like to see in your life? What passions or interests do you have, that you have not pursued before? We understand that setting and achieving goals can be challenging, especially in recovery. Here are some strategies that you can implement:Start Small: Begin with achievable goals and gradually work your way up to larger ones.Be Specific: Clearly define what you want to accomplish. Specific goals are easier to track and attain.Seek Support: Share your goals with a friend, therapist, or support group to help you stay accountable. If you need help, we’re here for you whenever you need it. We’re just a chat away.
