This week, I’d like to talk about vulnerability. I know it sounds a bit scary, right? But bear with me. When you’re overcoming addiction, being vulnerable helps.Let me tell you about it.When we're struggling with addiction, it's easy to put up walls, to hide behind a facade of strength. But you know what takes real courage? Being open, being honest, even when it's hard as hell.I've heard some incredible stories from folks who have been through it all. They talk about how sharing their struggles, their stories, it's like this weight being lifted off their shoulders. It's not just about feeling less alone—it's about giving others permission to be vulnerable too.And asking for help? Man, that's a big one. It's admitting that we can't do it all on our own, that we need support. And trust me, there's nothing weak about that. It's a sign of strength, of bravery. It's about being honest with ourselves too. Look in the mirror and say, "Yeah, I messed up. But I'm ready to do better."So, here's to embracing vulnerability, to finding strength in our struggles, and to knowing that, even in our darkest moments, we're never alone.
Best,
